With strategic backing from the Rwanda Development Board (RDB), we benefit from policies that support vertical supply chain development. Combined with our logistics collaboration with Rwanda Air, we’re able to reduce operational costs and offer our customers competitive, value-driven pricing.
C&D operates our own logistics fleet of 8 trucks, allowing us full control over inland transportation. This ensures faster turnaround, greater flexibility, and safer delivery from our factory to key shipping points—enhancing our overall supply chain reliability.
We’ve built a multicultural team across China, Rwanda, Bangladesh, and Kenya, combining global expertise with local talent. Through training and on-the-ground collaboration, we’re developing a capable, future-ready workforce that strengthens production performance at every level.
Our factory is BSCI-A rated and GRS certified, ensuring that every "Made in Rwanda" product meets the top-quality standards of ethical production. Beyond compliance, we run our own CSR initiatives focused on uplifting local communities beyond the factory walls—empowering people through skills training, job creation, and long-term development.
