At the end of the 2025，we celebrated a graduation ceremony at our Africa factory — a proud milestone in our long-term skills development  program.

This program is developed in partnership with the Government of Rwanda, through the Rwanda TVET Board, and supported by the World Bank–funded Skills Development Fund. Together, we are committed to building sustainable skills and creating meaningful opportunities for local talent within the garment industry.

It was incredible to see our trainees step onto the stage with confidence and pride. Through hands-on training in sewing, cutting, quality, and machine maintenance, young people gain practical capabilities, confidence, and a pathway to stable employment. To date, nearly 2,000 trainees have completed the program and taken the next step into professional roles.

Together with our partners, we will keep investing in people, strengthening skills, and creating opportunities that last.
